Accessing your voicemail:
Press the button that looks like an envelope or call extension 5001. Enter your voicemail PIN, the
default PIN is 1234.

Voicemail Options:
Press 1 to review new messages
Press 2 to for old messages
Press 3 to send messages to another extension
Press 4 setup call forwarding
Press 5 and then press 1 to update your PIN
Press 5 and then press 2 to record your name
Press 6 to update your greeting

Set PIN, Name and Greeting:
Please use the blue prompts. Setting the PIN will change it from the default 1234.
Recording your name updates it from the robotic pronunciation of your name. Update your
greeting to set a message when the phone goes unanswered.

Test the Line:
Call your work number from your cell phone. If it rings, please let it go to voicemail
and leave a message. Confirm that a voicemail was saved and you are notified on the
phone.

Caller ID:
Call your cell phone from your work phone. Confirm it has your direct dial as the
caller ID.

Once this has been confirmed you are all setup!
